How to Make a Milk

The word "milk" actually means "milk" in Italian. An Italian milk and coffee ("Coffee and Milk ') is coffee mixed with milk, like the French café au lait (" coffee with milk "), but both are very different from the bar that we know.

Today, outside of Italy, came to mean a milk drink made from espresso and two thirds steamed milk. Warm milk is very hot with milk foam on top for effect.

Much like cappuccino, but with twice as much milk and a milkThe taste is, the bar is often flavored with sweet syrup.

With a little 'practice and the right tools, you can make a big milk home to save money in the long term and impress your friends.

This is what you need:

An espresso machine
A steam nozzle that comes with the espresso machines, heat the milk.
A plate of metal in the heat of the milk and work up a lather.
Glasses
Thermometer
Homogenized milk cold - try a whole and skim milk, you can see,prefer
Good quality ground espresso beans, medium-fine
Glass or a cup of coffee
Syrup (if you like) the points available and some coffee.

Start steamed milk:

Pour two thirds of a cup of milk or a half cup, if flavored, cold in a jug.

Attach the thermometer in the milk jug and steam so that it reaches a temperature of about 150 degrees Celsius. If you disagree with a thermometer, you know, the milkis hot enough when you can no longer keep the container.

Start with the steam at the top of the pitcher to produce the foam. Keep the tip near the surface with an angle, not straight and if it is warm or 100 degrees Fahrenheit, lower the wand into the milk until it is heated to 150 degrees.
